سياسة الخصوصية لتطبيق مَسْكَن

تطبيق مَسْكَن ("التطبيق") من Code Crafters Apps. السياسة دي بتوضّح البيانات اللي بنجمعها، وبنستخدمها إزاي، ومين يقدر يشوفها، وإزاي تمسحها.

1. البيانات اللي بنجمعها

• بيانات الحساب: الاسم، ورقم الموبايل، والباسورد (بيتخزن مشفّر عند مزود الخدمة، واحنا مابنشوفهوش).
• بيانات السكن: العمارة وعنوانها، ورقم الشقة والدور، ومالك أو مستأجر.
• البيانات المالية للعمارة: الاشتراكات، والدفعات، والمصروفات، اللي بيسجلها رئيس الاتحاد. التطبيق مابيدفعش ومابيستقبلش فلوس، ومابيطلبش أرقام كروت أو حسابات بنكية.
• الملفات المرفوعة: صور أو PDF للإيصالات والفواتير ومرفقات الإعلانات.
• بيانات الجهاز: رمز الإشعارات (Push token) عشان نبعتلك الإعلانات.

مابنجمعش موقعك، ولا جهات الاتصال بتاعتك، ولا بنعرض إعلانات.

2. بنستخدم البيانات في إيه

• تسجيل الدخول، وربطك بعمارتك وشقتك.
• عرض الاشتراكات والمصروفات والتقارير لسكان نفس العمارة.
• إرسال إشعارات بالإعلانات الجديدة.
• لما رئيس اتحاد يسجّل عمارة جديدة، بيوصل لفريق التطبيق إيميل فيه اسمه ورقم موبايله وبيانات العمارة اللي دخّلها، عشان نتابع التسجيلات ونقدّم الدعم.

مابنبيعش بياناتك، ومابنستخدمهاش في الدعاية.

3. مين يقدر يشوف بياناتك

• رئيس اتحاد عمارتك: بياناتك وبيانات شقتك ومدفوعاتها.
• سكان عمارتك: اسمك ورقم شقتك ودورك في "جيراني"، ومصروفات العمارة ورصيدها الإجمالي. رقم موبايلك مش بيظهر للجيران غير لو انت فعّلت "إظهار رقمي"، ومدفوعات شقتك مش بتظهر لأي ساكن تاني.
• فريق التطبيق: بيانات رئيس الاتحاد والعمارة وقت تسجيل العمارة، وأي بيانات محتاجينها للرد على طلب دعم.
• محدش برا عمارتك يقدر يشوف بياناتها.

4. مزودي الخدمة

البيانات متخزنة على خدمات Google Firebase (تسجيل الدخول، وقاعدة البيانات، وتخزين الملفات، والإشعارات)، وسيرفراتها ممكن تكون برا مصر. البيانات بتتنقل مشفّرة.

5. مدة الاحتفاظ وحذف الحساب

• تقدر تمسح حسابك من جوه التطبيق من "المزيد" ← "حذف الحساب"، والحذف بيتم على طول. أو ابعت طلب من صفحة حذف الحساب: /delete-account، أو على info@connectifyapp.org، وبننفّذه خلال 30 يوم.
• لما تمسح حسابك، بنمسح حساب تسجيل الدخول واسمك ورقم موبايلك ورمز الإشعارات.
• السجلات المالية للعمارة (الدفعات المسجلة على الشقة والمصروفات) بتفضل موجودة، لأنها تخص العمارة كلها، وبيتشال منها أي بيانات بتعرّف بيك.
• لو رئيس الاتحاد هو الوحيد في العمارة ومسح حسابه، العمارة بتتقفل وبياناتها المالية بتفضل محفوظة. ولو فيه سكان، لازم الإدارة تتنقل لساكن تاني عن طريق التواصل معانا قبل الحذف.

6. الأطفال

التطبيق موجّه للبالغين (18 سنة فأكثر)، ومابنجمعش بيانات من أطفال عن قصد.

7. التعديلات

لو السياسة اتغيرت، هنحدّث تاريخ "آخر تحديث" هنا، ولو التغيير كبير هنبلغك جوه التطبيق.

Maskan Privacy Policy

Maskan ("the app") is published by Code Crafters Apps. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, who can see it, and how to delete it.

1. Data we collect

• Account data: name, mobile number, and password (stored encrypted by our service provider; we never see it).
• Residence data: building and address, apartment number and floor, owner or tenant.
• Building financial records: fees, payments and expenses recorded by the building admin. The app does not send or receive money and never asks for card or bank account numbers.
• Uploaded files: photos or PDFs of receipts, invoices and announcement attachments.
• Device data: a push notification token, used to deliver announcements.

We do not collect your location or contacts, and we show no ads.

2. How we use data

• To sign you in and link you to your building and apartment.
• To show fees, expenses and reports to residents of the same building.
• To send notifications about new announcements.
• When a building admin registers a new building, the app team receives an email with the admin's name, mobile number and the building details they entered, so we can follow registrations and offer support.

We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

3. Who can see your data

• Your building admin: your details, your apartment and its payments.
• Residents of your building: your name, apartment and floor in "My Neighbors", plus building expenses and the overall balance. Your mobile number is shown to neighbors only if you turn on "Show my number". Your apartment's payments are not shown to other residents.
• The app team: the admin's and building's details at registration, and any data needed to answer a support request.
• No one outside your building can see its data.

4. Service providers

Data is stored on Google Firebase services (authentication, database, file storage and notifications), whose servers may be outside Egypt. Data is encrypted in transit.

5. Retention and account deletion

• You can delete your account in the app from "More" > "Delete account"; deletion is immediate. You can also request it on the account deletion page: /delete-account, or at info@connectifyapp.org, and we complete it within 30 days.
• When you delete your account, we delete your sign-in account, name, mobile number and notification token.
• The building's financial records (payments recorded on the apartment and expenses) are kept because they belong to the whole building, with anything identifying you removed.
• If the admin is the only member of a building and deletes their account, the building is closed and its financial records are kept. If the building has residents, administration must first be transferred to another resident by contacting us.

6. Children

The app is intended for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from children.

7. Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the "Last updated" date here, and notify you in the app for significant changes.
